Veneer mesh dryer is an expert drying device, particularly for the face veneer thickness range from 0.2 to 0.4mm. Mesh dryer is a very good dryer machine for the face veneer-making factory. Usually, the continuous veneer ribbon is dried first and then cut into the required size to get the biggest yield. The face veneer after drying has a uniform moisture content, flat with no buckle or end waviness. The surface is in good condition before gluing into plywood. this machine is used for drying sliced or peeled veneer in the veneer production line, it consists of veneer inlet , veneer drying area, veneer cooling area, veneer outlet, its drying size can be customzied in line with the customers’ individual specific needs in terms of the veneer drying capacity, veneer drying technology, and working space in order to improve the drying veneer productivity with low investment.

Veneer Mesh Belt Dryer Machine is designed to handle the drying process of face veneer, back veneer and long core veneer. For processing the surface veneer and long core veneer, this veneer dryer can avoid the break of the veneer, then can raise the veneer utilization ratio and production output. All outfitted air blowers and screens are high-quality products, so it can increase the durability and useful life of the machine. We can design the machine upon our customer’s requirements, such as the decks and sections, but fire our customer should mention the production capacity they want, the initial moisture, and the final moisture.

The veneers move through the drying machine in several layers along rollers, as the machine’s name indicates. The target moisture level after drying is around 6-7% which is precisely the right moisture level for gluing veneer. A sufficient drying temperature is 145-160ºC and the veneers pass through the machine in about six minutes. Drying conditions and the moisture of the veneers are monitored continuously to make sure that the drying quality remains even. Usually, the original moisture is 70-80%, and after drying, the moisture is about 10%

Drying system
Hot-air curtain style:
In this type, the air is circulated in (direct)direction, radiator adopts steel aluminum alloy sheets, is heated with steam and oil the hot-air emit into the top and bottom bellows by a centrical fan, and injected with high speed into both sides of the veneers. The veneers are dried uniformly.
Driving system:
The drum type: the veneer feed lengthwise, top and bottom rollers are driven by the chain, and the veneer advance pressed by the top roller weight. The veneer is dried when come through the rollers and air nozzle with flat smooth surface.
Control system
According to the users’ requirement, we have a manual operation, step less speed change, automatic computer controlling system, the speed can be adjusted when different thicknesses and different moisture of the veneer is dried.
Structure selection
The contour structure is metal material (iron plate, aluminum plate, stainless steel, etc.) asbestos keep temperature with the brick body, we can produce according to your requirement and also remake the old machines.
Heating source system:
You can choose the heating systems according to your conditions and environments such as a hot air stove, steam stove, thermal oil stove.
