20m 2 Deck Veneer Roller Dryer running without Thermic Oil Heater or Steam Boiler has a drying capacity of 0.8-1.1m3/h. It uses waste wood / Briquette-fired Air Heater-Biomass Burner. It eliminates heat loss by directly heating air and supplying it to the dryer instead of indirect heating of Oil or water. Of course, the veneer roller dryer can run on the steam boiler or thermal oil heater too.

Working principle of Veneer Dryer

The veneer dryer is driven by the chain to run the upper and lower rollers, relying on the upper roller to press the veneer to run. A biomass combustion furnace is used to burn wood chips, waste wood, and other materials at high temperatures. Materials boil and fluidize in the burner， convert to hot air, then provide heat energy to the veneer dryer.
Veneer from the inlet of the dryer, through the inside of the dryer roller (automatic roller rotation, keeping there roller bearing) of relative rotation, veneer running forward, through the draught fan absorbs heat exchanger will produce the hot air blowing wind veneer, temperature controller and traction motor inverter together so you can according to the thickness of the veneer and the discretion of the moisture content to adjust the speed automatically, travel to in the process of drying veneer, to achieve the best dry effect.

1. This model is a straight-through horizontal circulation roller veneer dryer. Its thermal cycle design draws on the advantages of advanced European dryer technology and adopts an upright centrifugal fan with a volute (flow rate of 45,000 to 62,000 m3/ h).
2. The new type of heat exchanger and the rectangular variable-section spray box make the high-speed jet airflow acting on the surface of the veneer uniform. The hot air blowers in the heating chambers in the front and rear areas are arranged separately from left to right, so as to ensure that the dried veneer obtains a consistent final moisture content at each point.
3. In order to adapt to the humid tropical climate, the length of the cooling open section is appropriately lengthened to facilitate the cooling of the dried veneer and reduce the phenomenon of damp return.
