Description
Biomass burner veneer dryers are renowned for consistently producing high quality veneer with a uniform dry moisture content. Roller dryer machine has the advantages of simple operation, safety and practicality, stable operation and easy maintenance, hot pressing-leveling-drying are finished at the same time &and others. The roller dryer machine is mainly used in plywood industry, and used to remove moisture from the veneer. The dryer machine can effectively use various resources and occupy a small area. The roller dryer machine can be divided into two parts: heating section and cooling section. The heat medium can be oil and heat steam. We also can do other type veneer dryer such as 1 Deck Veneer Dryer. Face Veneer Dryer, Core Veneer Dryer, Automatic Veneer Feeder, 4 Deck Veneer Dryer, 2 Deck Veneer Dryer. We can design the veneer dryer according to the needs of ourcustomers. The veneer dryers machine have to be used together with wood chipper, as the wood chips size can’t be larger than 5cm.

Shine Veneer Roller Dryer runs without thermal oil heater or steam boiler. It uses waste wood fired air heater/ Biomass Burner which is our new patented product. It eliminates heat loss by directly heating air and supplying to the dryer instead of indirect heating of Oil or water. As the waste wood, waste veneers, tree barks, rind, chips, etc. are the most cost economical fuel compared to the coal, gas, steam or oil and the burning temperature is high enough to dry veneer to a right moisture content level, the shine veneer roller dryer has the lowest drying cost. The temperature in the biomass burner is up to 800 degree celsius and 140-200 degree celsius in the heating section of the dryer, which is enough temperature to remove the extra moisture out of the green veneer.
The Roller Veneer Drying Machine is available in different models as per the production requirement by addition & deduction of different section or decks. The wood core veneer dryer machine adopts a number of high-tech and advanced electronic control technology, so it has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and good dry quality. Veneer drying machine is suitable for peeling core of drying. In order to achieve the best drying efficiency of the injector roller veneer dryer, the machine’s shell is insulated by a shell thickness of 75 mm-100 mm, so as to achieve the heat and no air loss within the machine. We also can do other type veneer dryer such as electricity veneer dryer , coal veneer dryer,face veneer dryer and biomass veneer dryer. The veneer dryers machine have to be used together with wood chipper , as the wood chips size can’t be bigger than 8 cm.
