The 4 deck roller veneer drying machine is equipped with automatic feeding machine which ensure the high feeding rate for the wood veneer dryers. The biomass burner or wood fired heater or hot blast stove is our patent product specially designed for the core veneer dryer line. It directly heat air and supply to the veneer roller dryer with no heat loss instead of indirect heating of water or oil.
Shine roller veneer dryers can achieve the best drying results with features of uniform MC, no splits, no end waviness and in good condition before gluing for plywood production line. The shine veneer roller dryer line has the quality guaranteed parts and the veneer drying machine is durable in use.
Dust Collection System: the smoke and dust from burning waste wood chips are firstly precipitated in the biomass burner, then flue gas channel and heat exchanger and finally collected by the dust collection box located on the both ends of the veneer dryer. Through 3 times dust collection, the flue gas emitted to the air is clean with no pollution to the environment.
