It mainly consists of body, knife roller, top and bottom feed mechanism, feeding device, hydraulic system.
Knives was fixed on the roller by special bolts. As different thickness of raw material, the top feed mechanism could be adjusted automaticly, then chips drop through screen, chipping again for large size material.
By hydraulic system, the cover shell of machine could be opened freely, easy for user to replace the parts and knives, also convenient for adjusting the space between knives and dead knives.
wood chipper machine is mainly used to crush big wood logs or timber wood branches, furniture waste, long bamboo into small chips , the thickness of last chips is 1.5mm/3mm, length and width about 2050mm, the knives gap can be adjusted,then outlet chips dimension will be adjusted.wood chipper machine contains 4m length feeding belt conveyor, when conveying logs,the speed can be adjusted.also it can connect with outlet conveyor to transport away crushed wood chips.Wood chipper machine has limit feeding door dimension, raw wood logs should be smaller than feeding door, but length no limit, feeding speed can be adjusted. The hydraulic system is consist of oil pump, hydro cylinder, which can start up the cover for blades changes and maintenance.
Strong structure ensure wood chipper run steadily without ground foundation. and the blade material is H13, anti-wearing, prolonging service life, which can cut hard wood.Large inlet size, applied to a variety of materials. feeding method adopts feeding chain plate(Q345 steel plate material), feeding material smoothly and evenly.

The drum wood chipper is composed of a machine base, a knife roll, an upper and lower feeding mechanism, a feeding device and a hydraulic buffering system, and is mainly used for crushing materials such as logs, small-diameter wood, branches, boards, slats and bamboo.

1. This product optimizes the rotor structure and blade material, so that the output is larger and the rotor maintenance is convenient
2. The bearings are optimized in the form of labyrinth, so that dust is not easy to enter. The bearings are equipped with automatic lubrication device, which does not need manual lubricating oil filling.
3. Optimize the electrical system, adopt automatic control and remote control operation, if the upper rotating part of the machine encounters resistance, it will automatically reverse rotation, so as to protect the main motor from high load operation.
