Plywood Veneer Drying Machine is an important part of plywood production process. The roller dryer machine can be divided into two parts: heating section and cooling section.The heat medium can be oil and heat steam.This veneer dryer machine is very efficient and productive,its drying capacity is 83.2m³/ day 24 hours of 36m veneer dryer. As the veneer is pressed by solid hot platens when working, so veneer will very flat after dry, and the veneer spoil rate is very low.Our biomass burner can use waste wood as fuel and the burning rate can be more than 95%.and also there is no any smoke,which is environment friendly.We have many customers in Indonesia and India using this type dryer.
Drying Temperature is 140-200℃ which is adjustable, Temperature control accuracy ±5℃. There is automatic temperature control and speed regulation system, which can guarantee the moisture content is consistent.
The unique heat exchange structure makes the equipment run efficiently and greatly improves the drying output.
The cyclic utilization of hot air has greatly reduced the operating costs of enterprises, improved the quality of veneer sheet materials and increased the production volume.
Insulation: The shell of the machine is insulated by the shell with thickness of 75MM-100MM, so as to achieve the heat in the machine and no loss of air volume.
Heat exchanger: Adopts step by step heat transfer, and different specifications for each section. The hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer to ensure the veneer drying is uniform.

Main Features of Roller Veneer Dryer
1. This model is a straight-through horizontal circulation roller veneer dryer. Its thermal cycle design draws on the advantages of advanced European dryer technology, and adopts an upright centrifugal fan with a volute (flow rate of 45,000 to 62,000 m3/ h).
2. The new type of heat exchanger and the rectangular variable-section spray box make the high-speed jet airflow acting on the surface of the veneer uniform. The hot air blowers in the heating chambers in the front and rear areas are arranged separately from left to right, so as to ensure that the dried veneer obtains a consistent final moisture content at each point.
3.In order to adapt to the humid tropical climate, the length of the cooling open section is appropriately lengthened to facilitate the cooling of the dried veneer and reduce the phenomenon of damp return.
