Description
Wood Chipper Machine is a special equipment for machining chips. It is widely used in the preparation period of raw material in particle board industry, fiber board industry, paper making industry and especially in chip manufacturing.Altered drum chipper also can be used in making chips for fuel of electricity industry and furnace.It can produce oak chips for making grape wine.Raw material for this drum chipper can be wood logs,stump,branches,shrub,bamboo,wood waste of cutting trees,cotton branches and other fibre stem without wood.This machine can’t cut the following raw material very equal: raw meterial with too large diameter (exceeding 85% dimension of the infeed opening),too small diameter (less than 20mm),too short(less than 250mm),too thin (less than 5mm) and very hard,irregular meterial.
Wood Chipper For Tree Shredder is mainly used to crush big wood logs or timber wood branches, furniture waste, long bamboo into small chips , the thickness of last chips is 1.5mm-3mm, length and width about 20-50mm, the knives gap can be adjusted,then outlet chips dimension will be adjusted.
♦ – Wood Chipper For Tree Shredder contains 4m length feeding belt conveyor, when conveying logs, the speed can be adjusted.also it can connect with outlet conveyor to transport away crushed wood chips.
♦ – Wood Chipper For Tree Shredder has limit feeding door dimension ,raw wood logs should be smaller than feeding door, but length no limit, feeding speed can be adjusted.
♦-The hydraulic system is consist of oil pump, hydro cylinder, which can start up the cover for blades changes and maintenance.
