Description
Shine Machinery developed and produced a new type of wood veneer dryer, whose combustion heating system can obtain materials on site. Waste veneer produced by veneer peeling machine or veneer slicer, tree bark by debarker and waste wood can be burned directly. It not only solves the key problem of high fuel cost of veneer drying equipment, but also solves the serious problem of waste accumulation in wood processing plant.
Standard wood veneer dryer is composed of heating chambers and cooling chambers. The veneer roller dryer allows automatic feeder devices, which can save labor costs greatly. Equipped with biomass burner, all kinds of waste wood such as waste bark, the waste veneer can be burned as fuel directly, even the waste wood is wet. The temperature inside biomass veneer dryer machine is 40-60℃ higher than traditional steam or thermal oil heated roller dryer.
Insulation: The shell of the machine is insulated by the shell with thickness of 75MM-100MM, so as to achieve the heat in the machine and no loss of air volume.
Heat exchanger: Adopts step by step heat transfer, and different specifications for each section. The hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer to ensure the veneer drying is uniform.
Automatic electric control system, frequency conversion, which can adjust the transmission speed and temperature automatically according to different veneer thickness and moisture content to achieve and ideal drying effect.
