Shine 4 deck Wood Roller Veneer Dryer Machine is our newly developed product to meet high capacity requirements of customers; which has the salient features of higher drying capacity. 38m 4 deck veneer dryer machine with 10ton biomass burner can dry 7m³ per hour. Equipped with biomass burner, which can ensure perfect drying effect and reduce drying cost mostly. All kinds of waste wood such as waste bark, waste veneer can be burned as fuel directly, even the waste wood is wet. The temperature inside our wood veneer dryer is enough to reduce moisture content. The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content, flat, no buckle or end waviness, good surface condition before gluing. The rollers use φ102 seamless steel pipe. The bearings of 4 deck veneer dryer are featured high temperature 500 degree Celsius resistance and low temperature -20 degree Celsius resistance. which no need inject oil and easy maintenance in the daily operation.
Dust Collection System: the smoke and dust from burning waste wood chips are firstly precipitated in the biomass burner, then flue gas channel and heat exchanger and finally collected by the dust collection box located on the both ends of the veneer dryer. Through 3 times dust collection, the flue gas emitted to the air is clean with no pollution to the environment.

Automatic Veneer Feeder
Automatic Veneer Feeder is designed to save labor cost and improve the feeding efficiency. The automatic veneer feeder can be installed with the 2 deck, 3 deck and 4 deck veneer roller dryer. The action time from fetching the green veneer to unloading to the feeding platform is about 2.5–3s/time. It is not vacuum suction but the air blower.
Semi Auto Feeder provides systematic and precise feeding of individual trays to the dryer. The feeder receives the top sheet of core veneer from each stacks and uniformly distributes them onto each individual deck of the dryer infeed section. With the use of semi auto feeder and automatic veneer collection system, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of production personnel can also be reduced. The automatic feeder will need one person only at the front end of the veneer dryer and 2 persons for the veneer collection at the discharge end of the veneer dryer.
