Shine 4 deck veneer dryer is our newly developed high-end product to meet the high veneer drying capacity requirements of customers, which has the salient features of higher veneer drying capacity. The rollers are made of φ102 special shaft tube that is better quality than regular carbon steel. The bearings of the 4-deck veneer dryer are featured a high temperature of 500 degree Celsius resistance and a low temperature of -20 degree Celsius resistance, which no need for injecting oil and easy maintenance in daily operation. A shine veneer dryer is a product in the design of the continuous roller pressure type of hot air cylinder.
The Roller veneer dryer machine is using the most advanced continuous pressurized contact and its working principle is veneer drying technology in a steel tube under the clamping roller, two by preheating the dryer room temperature to 140-180 degree celsius at no more than 200-degree celsius, and then enter the upper and lower roller and through the hot air tube to the single board upside down between hot high pressure blowing for quick dry, so you can make sure the veneer is flat and uniform moisture content after drying core veneer. The heat exchanger adopts step-by-step heat transfer, and the specifications of each section of the heat exchanger are different, and the hot air in the heat exchanger can be uniformly emitted to the veneer. 1. Veneer Roller Dryer: working width customized 3.0m, 3.745m or 4.5m, heating section length 46meters and cooling section 4 meters length.
2. Jet nozzles/hot air tubes: made of high-quality galvanized plate, the overall shape is a variable section, the working surface is corrugated orifice plate, the width of the jet nozzles/hot air tubes is 200mm, and the thickness of the steel plate is 1.0mm galvanized sheet.
3. Insulation board: The thickness of the side insulation board is 80mm, and the panel is a 1.2mm galvanized sheet, lined with an aluminum silicate blanket. The thickness of the top insulation board is 75mm, and it is lined with a rock wool composite board.

Hot Air Circulation System

For a traditional veneer roller dryer, the position of the hot air fan is on the top of the veneer roller dryer.
The position of the hot air fans is located on the side of the Shine roller core veneer dryer machine line. The advantages are as follows:

Humidity Removal System
Shine veneer dryer’s patented moisture exhaust system is specially designed for users in cold northern regions such as the country of Russia, northern part region of China. The humidity removal system can be installed separately on any of our dryer models. The exhaust system is installed on the top of the Shine’s veneer dryer to quickly discharge the moisture inside the dryer to the outside of the workshop, avoiding the pre-condensation of steam caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dryer, and keeping the inside of the dryer dry and pressure balanced.
The veneer after drying has uniform moisture content and it is flat without buckle or end waviness.
The veneer after drying is free of splits and the surface is in good condition for gluing.
Shrinkage and casehardening is kept to a minimum and collapse and honeycomb are avoided.
