Description
Shine veneer dryer can dry 0.5-5mm veneer and plywood. The veneer after drying by Shine wood veneer dryer is smooth and the moisture content is uniform, and the surface is in good condition for gluing. Working Principle: The veneer is clamped by the upper and lower seamless steel tube rollers, and the oven temperature reaches 140 ℃ by preheating, and then enters between the upper and lower rollers and blows high pressure hot air to the upper and lower sides of the veneer through the hot air pipe for rapid drying.

Shine veneer dryer’s patented moisture exhaust system is specially designed for users in cold northern regions. It can be installed separately on any of our dryer models. The system is installed on the top of the Shine’s veneer dryer to quickly and discharge the moisture inside the dryer to the outside of the workshop, avoiding the pre-condensation of steam caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dryer, and keeping the inside of the dryer dry and pressure balanced.

1. This model is a straight-through horizontal circulation roller veneer dryer. Its thermal cycle design draws on the advantages of advanced European dryer technology, and adopts an upright centrifugal fan with a volute (flow rate of 45,000 to 62,000 m3/ h).
2. The new type of heat exchanger and the rectangular variable-section spray box make the high-speed jet airflow acting on the surface of the veneer uniform. The hot air blowers in the heating chambers in the front and rear areas are arranged separately from left to right, so as to ensure that the dried veneer obtains a consistent final moisture content at each point.
3. In order to adapt to the humid tropical climate, the length of the cooling open section is appropriately lengthened to facilitate the cooling of the dried veneer and reduce the phenomenon of damp return.
